Step by Step
- Log into Quilia
- Navigate to the Import Existing Clients button and click it.
- Enter a Case ID
- A prompt will appear asking for a Case ID.
- Open NEOS and locate the Case ID (found in multiple places).
- Copy the Case ID you want to import.
- Paste the Case ID in Quilia
- Return to Quilia and paste the copied Case ID into the prompt.
- Verify Case Details
- Check that the correct case (e.g., MVA for Dixie Fidel) is being imported.
- Confirm the assigned staff if applicable.
- Complete the Import
- Click the Import button.
- Wait for the success confirmation message: Client case imported successfully.
- Verify the Import
- Go to the Clients section in Quilia.
- Locate the newly imported client’s case (e.g., Dixie Fidel).
- Confirm that the case appears in Quilia.
- Send an Invitation (if required)
- If automatic invites are OFF, you must manually send the invite.
- Click Send Downloaded Invite (status will show as Pending until sent).
- Once sent, the client should receive the invite to join Quilia.
✅ Done! The client’s case is now successfully added to Quilia.
