Monitoring Client Status
- Review Client Status: Log into the attorney portal and check the status of each client.
- Active: Client has logged into the app.
- Pending: Client has not yet logged in.
Follow-Up for Pending Clients

Send a Follow-Up Text: If the client's status is "Pending," send a polite text message to encourage them to download the app.
Sample Messages:
- "Hi [Client's Name], we noticed you haven't had a chance to log into the RECORD app yet. It's a key tool for your case. Let us know if you need any assistance."
- "Hello [Client's Name], just a quick reminder to download the RECORD app to keep your case moving smoothly. Feel free to reach out with any questions."
Engaging Active Clients

Encourage Data Entry: If the client is "Active," encourage them to add as much information as possible.
Examples of Information to Add:
- Case journal updates
- Pain scores
- Doctor appointments
- Prior injury information
- Wage loss
Sample Messages:
- "Hi [Client's Name], great to see you're active on the RECORD app! Could you please update your case journal and add any recent pain scores?"
- "Hello [Client's Name], don't forget to log your doctor appointments and any wage loss in the RECORD app. It's crucial for your case."
Regular Monitoring
- Review Portal Regularly: Make it a habit to check the attorney portal for new client information. This ensures you're always up-to-date with the case details.
