Monitoring Client Status
- Review Client Status: Client status is automatically updated in your case management software. You can review client information there or use the Quilia portal if you prefer to see it laid out differently.
- Active: Client has logged into the app.
- Pending: Client has not yet logged into the app.
Encouraging Client Engagement
-
Encourage Clients to Follow App Prompts: Encourage clients to follow the app’s prompts for updating their case. The Quilia app guides them to provide key information that benefits their case.
Examples of Information Clients Can Add:
- Case journal updates
- Pain scores
- Doctor appointments
- Prior injury information
- Wage loss
Sample Messages:
- "Hi [Client's Name], great to see you're active on the Quilia app! Could you please update your case journal and add any recent pain scores?"
- "Hello [Client's Name], don't forget to log your doctor appointments and any wage loss in the Quilia app. It's crucial for your case."
Automated Messaging
- Phase Messages: If phase messages are enabled, the client will receive a message when their case phase changes in your case management system. Messages are sent in the morning following the phase change.
- Clients will only receive the most recent phase message. If a phase changes twice in a day, only the final phase will trigger a message.
Regular Monitoring
- Portal Use is Optional: While the Quilia portal provides an alternate view of client data, it is not necessary to check it regularly. All information is automatically synced to your case management system.
