Encouraging Client Engagement

  1. Encourage Clients to Follow App Prompts: Encourage clients to follow the app’s prompts for updating their case. The Quilia app guides them to provide key information that benefits their case.

  1. Phase Messages: If phase messages are enabled, the client will receive a message when their case phase changes in your case management system. Messages are sent in the morning following the phase change.

Regular Monitoring

  1. Portal Use is Optional: While the Quilia portal provides an alternate view of client data, it is not necessary to check it regularly. All information is automatically synced to your case management system.
